The Australian Homebuilt Sailplane Association
was formed in 1994 with a view of sharing information between people who were
interested in building their own gliders.
Driven by it's first Editor, Mark Stanley of
Renmark using an old typewriter and photocopier, it grew to be a popular
magazine that assisted members with a number of project completions over it's lifespan.
In 1996 Mark handed the editorship over to James Garay who further refined the
publication. His
Woodstock, IKL, now resides in the Australian Gliding Museum.
With the growth of the internet and a
diminishing interest in building, the group published its last edition in 2006.
